Exotic Roots and DNA realize webshop connection FreshERP for subsidiary Exotics Plaza
Last year, Exotic Roots successfully started using the fresh produce application FreshERP. Then the company also moved from Zoetermeer to a new building in Nieuwerkerk a/d IJssel. The fast-growing Exotic Roots, which focuses on the import and sale of exotic fruit and vegetables, is now working to full satisfaction with the software that was recently taken over by DNA.
Exotic Roots started its subsidiary Exotics Plaza in April this year. The idea arose from the needs of certain customer groups in the market. The concept aims to unburden the customer as much as possible in the ordering process. One of the most important points for this is automation. In collaboration with DNA, a new innovation has been realized in the form of a webshop link. Thanks to the WooCommerce integration, current articles including corresponding prices are exchanged daily between FreshERP and the webshop. Orders placed via the webshop are immediately placed in FreshERP as an order. This allows Exotics Plaza to grow even faster and customers can order products online at any time of the day.
