Red Rawit
The red rawit pepper, also known as the bird eye chili, is a small but spicy pepper. The red rawit pepper is fully matured. As the pepper matures from green to red, the sharpness diminishes slightly and the flavor becomes a bit sweeter and softer.
Cultivation
Grown in warm climates, this pepper thrives in countries in Southeast Asia and Africa. It grows on small bushy plants and requires well-drained soil.

Use
