Last week, Tim travelled to Mexico to evaluate with our regular partner on the current state of affairs. Thus, he visited the different farms where our main products from Mexico are grown: sopropo, karela, habanero and different types of eggplants like thai eggplant, chinese eggplant and indian eggplant. With the Mexico season coming to an end for these products, we also looked ahead to the season ahead. For instance, we are growing our own crop for yellow habanero in Mexico and plans have been made to start peeled jackfruit. We hope to launch the peeled jackfruit soon.
